Thank you for your interest in the Quill Quest Short Film Screenplay Competition. Please carefully read our refund policy outlined below:
No Refunds: Once a submission fee has been paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:
Withdrawal of submitted screenplay(s).
Disqualification of submitted screenplay(s) due to violation of competition rules or guidelines.
Dissatisfaction with competition outcomes or results.
Submission Confirmation: Upon successful submission and payment, entrants will receive a confirmation email acknowledging their participation in the competition. This email serves as proof of entry.
Disqualification: The competition organizers reserve the right to disqualify any submission that does not comply with the competition rules or guidelines. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
Technical Issues: In the event of technical difficulties or errors occurring during the submission process, entrants are advised to contact our support team for assistance. Refunds will not be issued due to technical issues unless determined otherwise by the competition organizers.
Changes to Competition: The competition organizers reserve the right to make changes to the competition schedule, rules, or any other aspect of the event without prior notice. Such changes will not entitle entrants to refunds.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or other force majeure events that may disrupt or affect the competition, no refunds will be provided.
By submitting your screenplay(s) to the Quill Quest Short Film Screenplay Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by the terms of this refund policy.
